In 1985, Lisa met with N.Y. State District Dental Societies to develop a plan to address the shortage of both trained dental assistant and dental assistant programs. She developed the concept of adult entry-level skills programs for dental assistant and authored several books in the dental field.  She has been a teacher for dental assistant for more than 40 years.  She is a vital part of student instruction,  skills development,  job interview preparation, and work readiness.
